What's the difference between the three plans?

The main difference is volume — how many posts per month — and the level of support. Essential gives you 8 posts/month, Pro gives you 20, and Max gives you 30+ with a dedicated account manager and priority turnaround. Every plan includes the same features: custom images, captions, auto-scheduling, the full CRM, and your review portal.

How does the 20% annual discount work?

Toggle to Annual billing above and your price drops 20% — Essential goes from $199 to $159/mo, Pro from $249 to $199/mo, Max from $399 to $319/mo. You're billed once for the full year upfront. No contracts beyond that — it simply doesn't renew if you cancel before the year ends.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No contracts on any plan. Monthly billing is month-to-month — cancel anytime before your next billing date. Annual billing is paid upfront for the year but there are no penalties or hidden fees if you need to stop.

Is the CRM really included — or is it an add-on?

Fully included on every plan. Social planner, team and client management, role management, post approval system, customizable report templates, Looker Studio connector, and API (Zapier, Make & MCP) — all included. No extra subscription, no add-on fee.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.

How is payment handled?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You'll receive a receipt after every payment and can manage your billing details through the portal at any time.
