Do I need to give you photos or content?

No. We create everything — written content and custom designed images. During onboarding we'll ask a few questions about your business so the content feels authentic to your brand. You don't need to supply anything.

What if I want to change something before it goes live?

That's exactly what the approval step is for. Nothing gets published without your sign-off. If a caption feels off, an image isn't right, or you want to swap something — just request a change in the portal and we'll revise it before it goes out.

How much time does the approval step actually take?

Most clients spend less than 5 minutes a month. You log in once, scroll through the posts we've created, and approve. That's it. If everything looks good — which it usually does after the first month when we know your style — it's a single click.

Is there a contract or can I cancel?
